Public sound sessions

At local venues, Sweet Sounds for the Soul hosts public sound sessions for groups. Usually themed events, they feature a sound bath and mindfulness meditation.

Each sound bath features a variety of sound instruments: crystal singing bowls, drums, gong, Native American flutes, chimes, monolini, shruti box, Himalayan bowls and a host of other small percussion instruments.

During the event, Heather walks among the group, connecting everyone more closely to sound vibrations.

Sound benefits your body, mind, and spirit. It helps you to achieve a profoundly deep state of relaxation. It relieves stress. Sound opens the door to self-awareness and personal transformation. It helps with physical and mental conditions, such as anxiety, sadness, sleeplessness, motivation, life direction, and more. It rejuvenates your energy.

Past themes of public sound sessions include chakra realignment, flipping the “gratitude switch”, living in Ma, and leaving your worries behind.

Keep your eye on the Events page for upcoming local events.
